Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd in Woodlands, Singapore, is seeking a Procurement/Purchasing professional. Basic up to SGD 2600 with increment after probation. Alternate 5.5 days, 8.30 am to 5.30pm (Mon – Fri) and 8.30 am to 1.30pm on Saturday.

Responsibilities include managing RFQ, PO creation, goods receipt tracking, supplier billing, and inventory control. Ideal candidates have Purchasing/Procurement experience and are ready to coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Purchasing/Procurement or related fields.
• Ability to coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end purchasing cycle, including RFQ, PO creation and follow-up, goods receipt tracking, and supplier billing.
• Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure on-time delivery and maintain accurate goods arrival schedules in NAV.
• Source and manage suppliers, including price negotiations, compliance with company standards, and monitoring of supply chain performance.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to support operational requirements and ensure efficient stock availability.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures while supporting ad hoc tasks and other duties assigned by management.
