Job summary

Talent First Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Purchasing Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of goods. The role involves PO processing, supplier evaluation and close collaboration with Logistics and Warehouse teams.

You will monitor inventory, update ERP records, and support internal departments on purchasing matters, with a 5.5 day workweek and potential variable bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing and supplier management.
• Proficient in PO processing and price negotiation.
• Familiar with ERP systems and inventory control.
• Ability to coordinate with Logistics and Warehouse teams.
• Excellent record-keeping and supplier data updates.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and follow up with suppliers on pricing, availability and delivery schedules.
• Source and evaluate local and overseas suppliers, including quotation comparison and price negotiation.
• Coordinate shipments and deliveries with suppliers, Logistics and Warehouse teams.
• Monitor inventory levels and purchasing requirements to ensure timely replenishment and product availability.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier information and ERP system updates, while supporting internal departments on purchasing matters.
