Job summary

Talentvis Singapore Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a Logistics Trade Coordinator (Purchasing/Procurement) based in the West. The role supports purchasing, procurement and sales document processing, including email/fax/print activities and coordination with trading staff.

The position starts ASAP for a 1-year contract with a strong renewal possibility. Working hours are Monday to Friday with alternate half-Saturday; suitable candidates will be contacted within 1–3 working days.

Qualifications

• Education in Logistics/Supply Chain/Marine Engineering/Maritime will be advantageous.
• No experience required.
• Interest in Purchasing and Procurement welcomed to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Purchases/Procurement and sales documents filing.
• Email/Fax/Print of purchases and sales documents.
• Prepare documents for billing and coordinate with trading staffs.
• Any ad hoc duties assigned.
