Job summary

AECOM Singapore is seeking a seasoned marketing and communications professional to partner with business leaders and drive strategic campaigns across Transportation, Water, Environment and other sectors.

You will develop account-based marketing plans, lead multi-channel campaigns, and support proposals while managing marketing collaterals and internal communications. A strong background in professional services and 5–8 years' experience are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Strategic or account-based marketing experience, preferably in professional services firms or in B2B roles.
• Ability to connect and work with key stakeholders at all levels within the business.
• Self-starter; able to initiate plans and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to drive the development of content, such as thought leadership materials that support strategic marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms such as AI, social media and websites.
• Experience in bids & proposals support is an advantage.
• Skills in coordinating events.
• A relevant degree in areas such as business administration, communications, economics, journalism.
• Minimum 5-8 years working experience.

Responsibilities

• Be an active partner to leaders of AECOM’s business in Singapore in the development and implementation of strategic marketing and communications plans and initiatives that strengthen AECOM’s profile targeted in market sectors and client groups e.g. Transportation, Water, Environment and pre-position AECOM to win targeted opportunities.
• Develop and lead account-based marketing strategies and campaigns that enhance AECOM’s profile with existing and prospective clients, leveraging multiple channels, both online and offline, incorporating thought leadership as a core element and client-focused activities.
• Work closely with the wider marketing and business development team to provide marketing support for client development, pre-positioning and proposal support for priority pursuits.
• Manage the development and maintenance of marketing collaterals in line with strategic marketing priorities.
• Manage internal communication activities including development of key leadership messages and employee communications, townhalls, in collaboration with various stakeholders.
