Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific is seeking a Project Manager to support development, launch, adoption, operations, and continuous enhancement of central government products in Singapore. You will coordinate with Product Managers, government agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful procurement, delivery, and billing support.

You will engage stakeholders, manage timelines, and track progress while leveraging Excel and AI tools for documentation, reporting, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in project management, project coordination, product operations, service delivery, or IT operations.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple internal and external parties.
• Experience working with suppliers or vendors and managing contractual deliverables.
• Familiarity with procurement processes involving IT products, services, licences, or manpower resources.
• Experience handling customer queries and coordinating the resolution of billing or operational issues.
• Strong organisational, documentation, tracking, and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
• Familiar with AI tools and able to use them to improve productivity, documentation, analysis, and reporting.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience working on Singapore Government or public-sector technology projects would be advantageous.
• Experience supporting the rollout or adoption of shared technology platforms or central government products would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the product team in the development, launch, adoption, operations, and enhancement of central government products.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and follow-up actions.
• Engage regularly with stakeholders to provide project status updates, obtain buy-in, address concerns, and resolve product-related issues.
• Work closely with government agencies to schedule, plan, and facilitate the adoption of central government products.
• Coordinate procurement activities for augmented resources, IT hardware and software, licences, and professional services.
• Manage suppliers and vendors to ensure contractual obligations and deliverables are completed according to agreed requirements and timelines.
• Track procurement requests, approvals, supplier deliverables, and related documentation.
• Respond to customer and agency queries relating to product utilisation and billing.
• Coordinate with relevant internal and external parties to investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.
• Maintain proper documentation and tracking of procurement, billing, project activities, deliverables, issues, and action items.
• Prepare project status updates, trackers, reports, and presentation materials for stakeholders and management.
• Assist the Product Manager in conducting product briefings, clinics, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Support the Product Manager in ensuring smooth product delivery, adoption, and ongoing operations.
• Use Microsoft Excel and AI tools to support tracking, analysis, reporting, documentation, and day-to-day project activities.
