Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific in Singapore is seeking an experienced ICT Project Manager to oversee delivery, enhancement, and support of enterprise IT systems. You will coordinate multiple vendors, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure projects meet scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards while aligning with IT governance and security policies.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, CS, IS or related discipline.
• Hands-on ICT project management across full lifecycle.
• Experience with budgeting, planning and vendor coordination.
• Singapore Government experience is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ICT projects within scope, budget, timelines and quality standards.
• Manage multiple vendors and external ICT service providers.
• Coordinate requirements, UAT, training, and implementation.
• Prepare progress reports and management updates.
• Ensure IT governance, security policies and quality standards.
