Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT and digital transformation initiatives for public sector clients in Singapore. You will work with government stakeholders, internal technical teams, vendors, and business partners to ensure delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality requirements.

The role emphasizes strong governance, risk management, and effective communication across senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
5–8 years of IT project management, programme management, or digital transformation experience.
Experience across full project lifecycle from planning to closure.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and digital transformation projects for public sector clients.
Develop and maintain project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Coordinate with government stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and business partners to ensure on-schedule delivery.
Provide regular updates on progress, risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders.
Establish project governance, RAID tracking, steering committee updates, and management reporting.
Manage risks, changes, budgets, vendor performance, and procurement activities.
Facilitate requirements discussions, workshops, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
Coordinate testing, UAT, implementation, migration, and post-implementation activities.
