You will bridge business, technology and users, using data and research to prioritise features and guide execution in an agile environment with multi-stakeholder collaboration.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking and the ability to operate in ambiguous settings while driving impact across public services.

Formación

• Proven experience in Product Management, with ability to independently own products, features or complex projects.
• Strong track record of end-to-end product delivery in ambiguous or rapidly evolving environments.
• Strong analytical and product intuition with data-informed decision making.
• Ability to identify and manage risks from technical and market perspectives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own a product or feature area and drive its success from concept through launch and continuous improvement.
• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap.
• Align cross-functional teams around long-term product objectives.
• Define North Star metrics and success measures to ensure products deliver tangible public value.
