Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and support ICT and digital transformation initiatives in Singapore. You will manage end-to-end delivery, coordinate vendors and stakeholders, and ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

The role also involves BAU project activities, records migration, and operational transformation workstreams. You will work with government/public-sector ICT projects and leverage Agile methodologies and PM tools

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, BIS, or related discipline.
Minimum 7 years of relevant project management experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Proven experience managing ICT, digital transformation, or technology-related projects.
Strong project planning, coordination, risk management, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a fast-changing environment.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to manage expectations and maintain alignment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with a structured approach to project delivery.
Ability to work effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and technology partners.

Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and monitor project activities, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Ensure project milestones are delivered on time and according to agreed quality standards.
Coordinate closely with internal teams, external vendors, technology partners, and other stakeholders.
Gather and align project requirements across multiple stakeholder groups.
Identify, assess, manage, and upscale project risks and issues.
Develop and implement mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
Prepare and present regular project status updates, reports, and documentation to management and stakeholders.
Manage change requests and assess their impact on project scope, cost, resources, and timelines.
Ensure appropriate documentation, governance, and approvals are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Review project deliverables to ensure they meet defined requirements and acceptance criteria.
Support ongoing BAU project activities while maintaining operational continuity.
Manage competing priorities across multiple projects and workstreams.
Drive teams and stakeholders toward common project objectives without necessarily having direct authority.
Facilitate discussions, resolve disagreements, and maintain stakeholder alignment.
Analyse project challenges, identify root causes, and make sound decisions in a timely manner.
Anticipate potential problems and proactively implement preventive or corrective actions.
