Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex ICT and digital transformation initiatives in Singapore. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, coordinate multiple stakeholders and vendors, and ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality targets.

The role also involves supporting BAU project activities, with potential involvement in records migration, digital platforms, and operational transformation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of project management experience in ICT/digital transformation projects.
• Experience in multi-stakeholder environments with vendors and internal teams.
• Strong planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Structured project delivery with governance and approvals.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and monitor project activities, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, technology partners, and stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Prepare regular status updates and documentation for management.
• Manage change requests and assess impact on scope and cost.
• Support BAU activities and maintain operational continuity.
