Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced ICT Project Manager to oversee delivery, enhancements, and ongoing support of enterprise IT systems and applications in Singapore. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing multiple vendors, and ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

You will lead end-to-end ICT projects, assess technical feasibility, and coordinate UAT, training, and implementation while maintaining IT governance and risk

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience managing at least two full project development life cycles.
• Proven ICT project management experience, including project planning, budgeting, scheduling, vendor coordination, and delivery management.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, system integration, and enterprise IT environments.
• Experience working in Singapore Government environment or regulated contexts is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end ICT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards.
• Oversee multiple vendors and external ICT service providers, coordinating with application and infrastructure teams.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, documentation, progress tracking, and management reporting.
• Coordinate activities including requirements gathering, UAT, training, and implementation.
• Review and validate deliverables, including specifications, test plans, test results, user guides, and manuals.
• Identify project risks, assess impact, and implement mitigation measures.
