Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee the operational activities of the One Service system. You will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate integrations with external partners, and drive collaboration across agencies, technical teams, and vendors in a government context.

You will lead incident, change, and release management, track KPIs, and ensure compliance with government IT policies while maintaining high service delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years experience in IT operations, system management, or technical project management.
• Strong problem solving and solutioning for cross-team challenges.
• Proven experience managing backend systems with external integrations.
• Strong understanding of APIs, cloud systems, and data flow management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational functionality and reliability of the OneService system, ensuring uptime and performance.
• Act as primary operations lead for issues, enhancements, and release coordination.
• Monitor KPIs and service levels, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
• Manage integration processes for external systems with OneService and ensure smooth onboarding and data flow.
• Coordinate across internal and external technical teams, vendors, agencies, and Town Councils.
