Job summary

MCKIN TALENT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives across multiple functions.

You will work with project leads and cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope. Responsibilities include maintaining timelines, documenting plans and minutes, coordinating communications with partners, tracking budgets, and organizing meetings with action items and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma and above.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and adaptable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across multiple business functions from initiation through to completion
• Work closely with project leads and cross-functional teams to ensure all project deliverables are met on time and within scope
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and progress, flagging risks and delays early to keep everything on track
• Prepare clear and structured project documentation including plans, status updates, meeting minutes, and progress reports
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle
• Track project budgets, resources, and expenditures to support accurate financial reporting and cost management
• Organise and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, record action items, and ensure timely follow-ups across all parties
• Identify project challenges proactively and contribute practical, solutions-oriented ideas to keep initiatives moving forward
• Maintain well-organised project records, databases, and filing systems for easy reference and audit readiness
• Support continuous improvement efforts by evaluating project outcomes and recommending enhancements for future initiatives
