• Keep communication flowing seamlessly between internal teams and external partners to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Stay sharp on business performance indicators and proactively surface opportunities to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Show up prepared for every meeting, track action items diligently, and maintain accurate documentation records that the team can rely on
