Job summary

PROFESSI360 PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Coordinator to drive delivery and maintain relationships with customers and partners within a delivery team. You will liaise with overseas teams as needed, understand technical aspects of the solution, and ensure high-quality project execution.

The role includes documentation, issue support, and escalation during project execution, with responsibilities spanning site coordination, scheduling, and communications across sites and headquarters.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in related discipline preferred but not essential.
• IT Certification or other Domain focus on Project Management (PMP, ITIL) Certification will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and update project master list based on site assignments.
• Arrange site surveys with stakeholders, hardware vendor, and Project Technical Lead.
• Track and update all process approvals and original schedule.
• Coordinate hardware delivery from vendor to sites and manage deployment changes.
• Communicate project status to HQ and key stakeholders; support PM in escalation tasks.
