Job summary

MCKIN TALENT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an entry-level role focused on client management and operations in Singapore.

You will support daily operations, prepare client proposals, and coordinate project requirements with clients and internal teams to ensure clear timelines and expectations. Training will be provided for new hires. You will attend client meetings, document outcomes, and maintain high service standards while handling inquiries across channels to enhance the overall service

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma and above.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in client management, operations, or business strategy.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn.
• Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced team setting.

Responsibilities

• Support daily business operations while delivering quality client servicing across engagements.
• Prepare polished client proposals, presentations, and reports that support business development.
• Coordinate with clients on project requirements, timelines, and deliverables to set and meet expectations.
• Attend client meetings and provide administrative support including follow-ups and documentation.
• Monitor project progress and uphold service standards and deadlines across client engagements.
• Prepare clear meeting notes, reports, and internal updates to keep teams informed.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client deliverables.
• Manage client enquiries professionally across email, phone, and digital channels.
