The Kidney Dialysis Foundation is seeking a Strategic Planning & Development Manager/Assistant Manager to drive development, execution and evaluation of kidney health programmes and services. Aufgaben

• Conceptualise, develop and pilot new programmes and initiatives involving internal stakeholders, industry partners to enable the foundation to effectively lead the kidney health services ecosystem.
• Partner/Support departments to develop action plans.
• Engage stakeholders and partners to co-develop and implement programmes.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to track progress.
• Prepare reports and updates for board meetings.
• Analyse data to uncover insights to guide strategies and identify opportunities for data-driven interventions.
• Navigate policy considerations around data protection, privacy safeguards and proportionality of data sharing.
• Secure and manage funding and resourcing to implement programmes and initiatives.
• Evaluate outcomes of programmes and initiatives.
