Health Sciences Authority is seeking a Manager to support the Group Director/Corporate Services Group and Strategy & Transformation across corporate coordination, leadership engagement and strategic planning. The officer will serve as a key coordination point for GDO/CSG and CEO Office matters, ensuring alignment across reporting lines and priority projects.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in Public Policy, Business Administration, Health Sciences, Communications, or related discipline.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in corporate planning, strategic planning, governance/secretariat, stakeholder coordination, executive support.
• Strong project management and coordination skills to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior audiences; briefing materials and presentations.
• Ability to work across multiple reporting lines, discretion, and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Provide PA and executive coordination support to GD/CSG, including meeting and calendar management, and backup coverage for CEO’s PA when required.
• Coordinate board governance, leadership engagements, and CSR/staff engagement activities with S&T/OD and corporate functions.
• Coordinate CSG workplanning and monitoring, consolidating submissions and preparing materials for GD/CSG clearance.
• Compile and maintain the monthly HSA events and trips forecast for EXCO+ and PSSM, coordinating inputs for review and vetting.
