Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in programme administration, operations management, or healthcare administration.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the programme.
• Support the implementation of programme initiatives and ensure timely achievement of objectives.
• Manage programme correspondence, records, databases, meetings, and documentation.
• Provide system support and coordinate troubleshooting of operational and application-related issues.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth programme administration and collaboration.
• Support transcription and other programme-related administrative activities.
