Job summary

The National Kidney Foundation Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager, Talent Management to join the Organisation & Professional Development (OPD) team. You will drive and shape Talent Management initiatives, build organisational capability, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

Reporting to the OPD Function Lead, you will design and implement leadership development, succession planning, and engagement programmes, collaborating with department leaders to deliver

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years HR experience in Talent Management, Culture Transformation or Employee Engagement.
• Growth mindset with ability to learn agile and develop others.
• Ability to lead teams with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with AI and its business applications is a plus.
• Experience with facilitation and instructional design is desirable; ACTA/ACLP is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review and improve talent frameworks, processes, and leadership development programmes.
• Develop data-driven leadership development strategies and succession planning processes.
• Partner with department leaders to implement robust succession planning and development initiatives.
• Lead Talent/ Leadership Engagement & Networking initiatives to engage talent and scholars under Talent Management.
• Provide CDC Secretariat support and collaborate with senior leadership on performance interventions.
• Drive onboarding improvements and monitor organisational health through data and stakeholder engagement.
• Support ad-hoc OPD projects as needed.
