The Kidney Dialysis Foundation is seeking a Strategic Planning & Development Manager/Assistant Manager to drive development, execution and evaluation of kidney health programmes and services. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to identify community needs and design impactful initiatives aligned with strategic priorities.

Strategic Planning & Development Manager/Assistant Manager

The individual will play a key role to support the development, execution and evaluation of programmes, services that promote kidney health and improve outcomes for patients, caregivers and at-risk individuals. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, the role identifies community needs and opportunities, leverages expertise to design and implement impactful programmes, and drives cross-functional initiatives aligned with the Foundation's strategic priorities.

The role supports CEO to translate strategic priorities into action, track KPIs, budgets and risks, and reporting.
