Job summary

Singapore General Hospital is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the development and implementation of a new initiative that connects hospital, primary, specialist and community care for integrated, person-centred care and seamless transitions to the community.

You will coordinate programme conceptualisation, planning, stakeholder engagement, and hospital-wide coordination, developing protocols, workflows and governance, plus budgeting, reporting and secretariat support for Division-wide

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Prior experience in programme/project management, healthcare management, or related role.
• Good analytical, administrative and time management skills.
• Ability to multi-task while being meticulous and organised.
• Excellent planning and communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work both individually and in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the strategic planning, development, implementation and evaluation of the Programme in alignment with organisational priorities.
• Develop and implement programme protocols, procedures, workflows, processes and communications materials to support consistent delivery.
• Manage the full project cycle, including scope, workplans, milestones, resources, budget, risks, issues, communications and evaluation.
• Maintain accurate programme data and information repositories, monitor progress and performance, analyse findings and recommend improvements.
• Secretariat duties and administrative support for the Programme, Division, and various workgroups/ committees.
• Draft proposals and slides for presentations and submissions.
• Support engagement of stakeholders and oversee team management of projects and resources to achieve desired project outcomes.
• Organise, coordinate and support Division submissions and other administrative duties as assigned.
