Job summary

KK Women’s & Children’s Hospital is seeking an experienced Manager, Programme Management to lead administrative, operational, financial, and KPI reporting for population health programmes. You will collaborate with Programme Leads and the Programme Management Unit to ensure effective delivery and stakeholder engagement.

The role emphasizes programme design, planning, monitoring, and timely updates to leadership, with strong emphasis on governance, documentation, and education material

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years in programme management.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Tableau or analytics software is a plus.
• PM certification would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admin, operational, financial, and KPI reporting functions of assigned population health programmes.
• Provide administrative support to staff to meet programme KPIs and outcomes.
• Prepare agendas, minutes and follow-up actions to maintain project traction.
• Maintain documentation and records for policies, agreements, procedures, and processes.
• Coordinate outreach activities with MOH, MOE, ECDA, HPB, and SFA and assist in creating education materials.
