Job summary

JUST RECRUIT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the migration of IPB across entities, targeting completion by H1 FY27. The role requires end-to-end program oversight, stakeholder management, and governance leadership from senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities include cross-functional planning, regulatory engagement, governance forums, and embedding BAU risk controls with RAID logs. This fixed-term contract position is based in Singapore at Changi Business Park.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management/business analysis experience.
• M&A transaction experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program planning across all Anchor workstreams and manage cross-functional dependencies and senior stakeholders.
• Own regulatory engagement framework, oversee submissions, and chair governance forums with documented actions.
• Embed BAU controls and manage program RAID logs with timely remediation plans.
