JOBSTER PRIVATE LTD. Singapore seeks a seasoned Programme & Project Manager to lead ICT/digital initiatives across multiple stakeholders, including GovTech counterparts. You will plan, monitor, and control timelines, budgets, and scope to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/BIS and at least 7 years of PM experience in complex programs. You must excel in stakeholder engagement, governance, risk management, and adaptive methodologies,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, BIS or related field.
Minimum 7 years of project management experience in complex, multi-stakeholder programmes.
Proven ICT or digital project management experience in a structured PM capacity.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and deliver across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

Programme & Project Management: plan, manage, and monitor activities, timelines, and budgets across workstreams.
Stakeholder Coordination with internal teams, vendors, and GovTech counterparts.
Risk & Issue Management: identify, assess, and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.
Governance & Reporting: prepare regular status updates and documentation for review.
Change Management: assess impact of changes and secure approvals.
Quality Assurance: ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria and objectives.
BAU Project Support: maintain ongoing BAU activities while supporting records migration.
