Job summary

JOBSTER PRIVATE LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Program/Project Manager to lead critical systems operations, governance, and service continuity for CSP/CPG production systems.

You will coordinate incidents, changes, and service requests, manage vendors, budgets and compliance with Singapore Govt ICT policies, and drive improvements across Agile/Waterfall projects while ensuring risk and deadlines are managed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT project management and/or application operations experience.
• Experience managing mission-critical production systems and incidents.
• Experience with internet-facing eServices or similar services with multiple dependencies.
• Practical experience with AWS and/or GCC cloud environments.
• Knowledge of Singapore Government ICT policies and security/compliance controls.
• Experience with IT/security audits, remediation and closure.
• Experience with authentication integrations (Active Directory, Singpass, Corppass).
• Experience with payment gateways or electronic payments (GIRO, PayNow).
• Experience coordinating with financial institutions or PSPs (e.g., DBS, Stripe).

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational management of production systems and service availability.
• Coordinate incidents, changes and service requests, ensuring SLA-driven closure.
• Manage vendor performance, SLAs, deliverables and escalations.
• Coordinate security, audit, compliance activities and remediation tracking.
• Lead project delivery, governance, UAT, deployment and post-implementation activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and resilience.
