JUST RECRUIT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the migration of IPB across entities, targeting completion by H1 FY27. The role requires end-to-end program oversight, stakeholder management, and governance leadership from senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities include cross-functional planning, regulatory engagement, governance forums, and embedding BAU risk controls with RAID logs. This fixed-term contract position is based in Singapore at Changi Business Park.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management/business analysis experience.
• M&A transaction experience desirable.

Responsabilités

Job Background/context:

This is a Senior Program Manager role to support Project Anchor, which is migration of IPB business from one legal entity to another, targeting completion by H1 FY27

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Oversight & Strategic Coordination: Lead end-to-end program planning across all Anchor workstreams, ensuring alignment of milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation; act as the primary escalation point for cross-functional issues and senior stakeholder management.
• Regulatory & Governance Leadership: Own the regulatory engagement framework, oversee submission timelines, and chair governance forums (SteerCo, Working Groups), ensuring all decisions are documented, tracked, and actioned in line with policy and compliance requirements.
• BAU Continuity & Risk Management: Drive operational resilience by embedding BAU controls within program delivery, proactively identifying risks, issues, and interdependencies, and maintaining program-level RAID logs with timely remediation plans.

Person Specification

Knowledge/Experience:

Essential Project Management/Business Analyst with experience of 10+ years

Desirable Project Management Officer who has M&A transaction experience in his previous roles
