Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in a related field with 2–3 years of experience.
• Practical experience in production planning or scheduling in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of production planning concepts, capacity planning, and material requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master production schedules for product families.
• Prepare and manage S&OP inputs, monthly production plans, and weekly schedules.
• Monitor execution and identify risks to minimize disruptions.
• Analyze backlog, demand, and forecasts to prioritize activities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure quality and customer requirements.
• Adjust plans to maintain delivery commitments and optimize resources.
