Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree/ Diploma in related field with 2–3 years of experience.
• Practical experience in production planning or scheduling in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of production planning concepts, capacity planning, and material requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to analyze data, prioritize work, and manage multiple activities in a fast paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications for analysis, planning, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master production schedules for assigned product families.
• Prepare and manage S&OP inputs, monthly production plans, and weekly schedules.
• Monitor execution, identify risks, and implement solutions to minimize disruptions.
• Analyze backlog, demand, and forecasts to prioritize production activities.
• Track progress and coordinate with stakeholders to meet quality and customer requirements.
• Adjust plans for schedule changes, delays, or interruptions to maintain delivery commitments.
• Plan manufacturing operations to optimize resources, improve efficiency, and reduce lead times.
• Determine manpower, equipment, and material requirements to support demand.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, sourcing, logistics, and engineering to drive excellence.
• Support continuous improvement through data analysis and best practices.
• Maintain planning data and performance metrics for informed decisions.
