Job summary

STMicroelectronics Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Production Control Planning Engineer to support production planning, scheduling and execution. You will ensure material availability, optimize production flow and help meet delivery, inventory and service targets through data-driven planning.

You will collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, logistics and quality teams, monitor progress, escalate risks, and develop planning reports and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of SAP and planning processes is a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the production plan based on demand and capacity.
• Monitor daily/weekly progress and flag risks or shortages.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, quality and planners.
• Track material availability to avoid disruptions.
• Develop planning reports and KPIs (schedule adherence, delivery, inventory).
• Support SAP transactions and data accuracy.
• Escalate issues affecting plan attainment and propose solutions.
