Job Summary

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Develop and maintain master production schedules for assigned product families to support customer demand and business objectives.
• Prepare and manage Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) inputs, monthly production plans, and weekly production schedules.
• Monitor execution of production plans, proactively identifying risks and implementing solutions to minimize disruptions.
• Analyze backlog, current demand, and forecasts to effectively prioritize and sequence production activities.
• Track production progress and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
• Evaluate schedule changes, delays, or interruptions and adjust plans to maintain delivery commitments.
• Plan and prioritize manufacturing operations to optimize resources, improve efficiency, and reduce lead times.
• Determine manpower, equipment, and material requirements to support production demand.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, sourcing, customer care, logistics, and engineering, to drive operational excellence.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, process optimization, and the implementation of best practices.
• Maintain accurate planning data and performance metrics to support informed decision-making.

• Practical experience in production planning or scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of production planning concepts, capacity planning, and material requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• Ability to analyze data, prioritize work, and manage multiple activities in a fast paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications for analysis, planning, and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Experience using Oracle or similar enterprise resource planning systems.
• Exposure to Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
• Ability to use data and insights to drive continuous improvement in planning and execution.
• Experience supporting multiple product families or complex manufacturing operations.
