Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing in Singapore seeks a proactive Purchasing/Procurement professional to source materials from local and international suppliers, negotiate competitive prices, and establish favorable contractual terms to maximize value.

You will oversee timely delivery, ensure specifications and quality, and work with SAP for purchase orders while handling LC/BG documents; a diploma or degree and 2 years’ related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree is required.
• 2 years of purchasing or procurement experience.
• Proficiency in SAP for generating Purchase Orders.
• Familiarity with local and global sources for materials and equipment.
• Understanding of market pricing trends for materials and equipment.
• Ability to negotiate prices and terms effectively.
• Experience with LC (Letters of Credit) and BGs (Bank Guarantees).

Responsibilities

• Identify and procure materials from local and international suppliers to meet organizational needs.
• Achieve the most competitive pricing through strategic negotiation with vendors.
• Establish favorable contractual terms to maximize value and minimize risk for the company.
• Oversee and track the timely and accurate delivery of purchased equipment and materials.
• Ensure all procured items comply with required specifications and maintain high-quality standards.
