Responsibilities

• Sourcing, comparing and reviewing terms, quotations and quality from subcontractors.
• Administer purchase requisitions, quotes and issue Purchase Orders.
• Coordinate between logistics, warehouse and requesters to meet timely and high-quality purchasing needs.
• Perform vendor assessment and qualification including arranging subcontractor induction.
• Manage tender purchases from tender requirements through evaluation and award.
• Prepare monthly spend/savings reports and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Suggest process improvements for the purchasing function of the business unit assigned.
• Assist or lead ad hoc projects as required.
