Job summary

Anradus Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Purchasing Officer to join our manufacturing team at Changi. The role handles PO creation, supplier sourcing, and bid evaluations to ensure timely, cost-effective purchases.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in purchasing with strong communication and negotiation skills, and is based near our Changi location with a 5-day work week 8am-5.30pm.

Qualifications

• Diploma or related field required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing or related role.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Issue Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions.
• Source and identify potential suppliers.
• Compare and evaluate suppliers’ quotations.
• Negotiate pricing, credit terms, quotations, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Enter order details into the internal database.
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
• Coordinate with store staff to monitor stock levels and storage.
