Responsibilities

• Sourcing, comparison and review of terms, conditions, quotations and quality from subcontractors.
• Administer purchase requisitions, quotes and issuance of Purchase Orders.
• Manage requestors’ requirements to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Coordinate between logistics, warehouse and requesters to fulfill purchasing needs.
• Perform vendor assessment and qualification including arranging sub-contractor inductions.
• Manage tender purchases from tender requirements through evaluation and award.
• Maintain internal policies to ensure compliance.
