Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in supply chain or related field.
• Familiar with IT products is a plus.
• Fresh graduates with internship/working exposure welcome.
• Strong negotiation ability and sound judgment.
• Confident, communicative, able to interact with department heads.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and be results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sourcing, evaluate and raise RFQs from suppliers.
• Negotiate terms and contracts with vendors.
• Process purchase requisitions and raise POs promptly.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate procurement needs with departments and projects.
• Collaborate with Logistics and Finance on inventory planning and control.
• Uphold procurement processes and policies.
• Provide full administrative support to the Procurement Department.
• Handle ad-hoc projects and activities.
