Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a procurement professional to liaise with end users, review purchase requisitions, and manage RFQ processes across multiple product categories.

You will build strong supplier relationships, evaluate quotes, negotiate terms, track orders, and ensure SOP-compliant documentation while collaborating with internal teams. Candidates should have 1–2 years of relevant experience and a Nitec or Diploma; Singaporean only.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Nitec or Diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with end users to review and verify purchase requisitions across various product categories.
• Manage RFQ process including product analysis, sourcing, negotiation, and supplier evaluation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with end users and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Process, track, and ensure accuracy of orders (products and quantities).
• Maintain proper documentation in internal systems and ensure SOP compliance.
• Handle urgent order changes with quick problem-solving and close follow-up.
• Support system improvements by providing feedback and troubleshooting issues.
• Prioritise tasks effectively, manage multiple responsibilities, and work under pressure.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments.
