Job summary

NEXBRIDGE RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a procurement professional in Singapore to source suppliers, perform cost analyses, and negotiate terms. The role involves BOM costing, RFQ/RFP processes, and supplier management within a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in SCM or related fields, at least 2 years of experience, and strong Excel/ERP/MRP proficiency, along with analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in SCM, Procurement, BA, Eng or equivalent.
• Min 2 years experience in costing, sourcing, procurement or purchasing in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience sourcing precision machining or sheet metal.
• Strong BOM costing and product cost analysis.
• Familiar with RFQ/RFP processes, supplier selection, and vendor management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and assess suppliers and vendors while requesting and comparing quotations.
• Prepare comprehensive cost analyses and detailed product cost breakdowns.
• Effectively negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor material costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and keep accurate performance records.
• Support procurement, budgeting, and inventory planning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with sourcing and purchasing policies.
