Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a procurement professional to source and evaluate suppliers, obtain quality goods, and secure competitive prices for projects and operations.

You will handle RFQs, issue POs, monitor inventory, verify invoices, coordinate logistics, and maintain supplier records in line with ISO standards. This role requires a Diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years in procurement, and strong negotiation and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma qualification or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of procurement or purchasing experience.
• Good understanding of procurement and purchasing processes.
• Strong negotiation, organizational and follow-up skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate and liaise with suppliers to obtain quality products at competitive prices.
• Process RFQs, review quotations, negotiate pricing, delivery schedules and contract terms.
• Prepare and issue POs and follow up on order status and deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment for operational and project needs.
• Verify supplier invoices against PR, PO, DO and submit for payment processing.
• Coordinate logistics and delivery from local and overseas suppliers.
• Maintain procurement records and supplier databases in compliance with ISO standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth procurement operations.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
