Job summary

Qualifications

3–6 years hands-on procurement and sourcing experience.
Preferably in indirect procurement.
Strong RFQ, supplier evaluation, and negotiation skills.
Experience managing end-to-end procurement from requisition to delivery.
Proficient in Excel and SAP R3.
Independent with ability to manage multiple sourcing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end operational procurement activities for indirect categories, from requirement identification to supplier performance management.
Lead supplier sourcing, qualification, RFQ process, benchmarking, and development of competitive supplier pools.
Manage RFQ processes, including documentation, evaluation, and supplier recommendation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate requirements into clear specs.
Manage the purchase-to-pay (P2P) process including requisitions, POs, approvals, and deliveries.
Maintain supplier base, onboarding, performance reviews, and rationalisation.
Maintain procurement records, sourcing documentation, quotations, supplier information, and reports.
