Qualifications

• Manager: Up to 6 years of relevant work experience in policy planning.
• Senior Manager: At least 6 years of relevant work experience in policy planning
• Strong quantitative skills and experience in policy and planning work
• Ability to synthesize broad information with attention to detail
• Effective communication skills in both written and verbal formats
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and drive collaborations
• Resourcefulness and adaptability in managing changing priorities

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, coordinate, and implement high-impact SkillsFuture projects.
• Plan and coordinate whole-of-government policies for jobs and skills.
• Conduct horizon scans on CET trends to support policy reviews.
• Advance SSG's international strategy by collaborating with overseas counterparts.
• Synthesize information with attention to detail and substantiate findings in written and visual formats.
• Engage stakeholders and drive collaborations.
• Multi-task, balance priorities, and work agilely on new projects.
