Job summary

SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager in the Policy Office to drive high-impact SkillsFuture projects and coordinate whole-of-government policy work. The role supports Singapore's workforce skills development and horizon scans emerging trends in CET.

Conceptualize, coordinate, and implement high-impact SkillsFuture projects.
Plan and coordinate whole-of-government policies to advance the Jobs and Skills agenda.
Conduct horizon scans on emerging trends in the CET landscape to support policy reviews.
Perform secretariat duties for key meeting platforms.
Advance international strategy by collaborating with overseas counterparts.
Synthesize information and communicate clearly to stakeholders.
