Strategic PMO Analyst: Governance & Reporting

Job summary

NCS is seeking a PMO Analyst to provide the operational backbone for a multi-stream program in Singapore. You will support governance, reporting, RAID/change logs, and SteerCo materials, coordinating across value pools to ensure alignment and transparent execution.

Responsibilities include maintaining trackers, consolidating updates into dashboards, and coordinating documentation spaces like SharePoint or Confluence. Strong PMO and tools skills required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with project/program tracking tools (JIRA, Smartsheet or MS Project).
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for dashboards and executive reports.
• Solid understanding of program governance, RAID, change control and reporting cycles.
• familiarity with Agile at Scale SAFe and traditional PMO structures.
• Excellent attention to detail in document control and versioning.

Responsibilities

• Governance and reporting across all workstreams, maintaining trackers and dashboards.
• Prepare SteerCo materials and track follow-up actions to closure.
• Manage RAID logs, change logs, and action trackers at program level.
• Maintain central SharePoint or Confluence spaces and coordinate ceremonies.
• Support workshops, retrospectives, and planning forums with stakeholders.
