Job summary

Information Development Singapore is seeking an experienced PMO/Project Manager or Business Analyst to drive business cases and funding approvals. You will collaborate with business units to author comprehensive plans and cost-benefit analyses required for project funding.

You will own end-to-end change governance, gatekeeping system changes, and manage stakeholders, including Head Office, ensuring alignment with global and local standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as PMO/Project Manager or Business Analyst in financial services or banking.
• Certifications: PMP, Prince2 or Scrum Master are highly desirable.
• Business-level Japanese, Korean or Chinese is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead business case development and AFA applications for approval.
• Draft compelling business cases with cost–benefit analyses for project funding.
• Navigate governance: present AFA to approval bodies and forums per global/local standards.
• Own end-to-end change governance; gatekeep system changes with proper sign-offs.
• Stakeholder management and regular communication with Head Office.
• Head Office liaison to ensure local portfolios align with corporate strategies and reporting standards.
