Job summary

Penta Ocean Construction is seeking a Planning Manager to develop and update project programmes, lead cross-disciplinary planning efforts, and support Project Directors and executive management in strategic planning and execution. You will manage scheduling for assigned projects, review progress, deliver high-level analyses, and present insights to senior management and clients.

The role requires 8–10 years in civil/building, a Bachelor's in Engineering, and mandatory Primavera P6 proficiency,

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 8-10 years in Civil/Building projects with managerial or leadership experience.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 is mandatory.
Strong scheduling, reporting, and project control knowledge.

Responsibilities

Develop Baseline, Working, and Recovery Programmes and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
Lead planning team and coordinate across disciplines.
Carry out progress updates and review management reports.
Record and maintain Change Log and perform EOT analyses.
Conduct complex schedule analyses and translate data into executive reports.
Prepare and present progress reports and executive summaries to senior management and clients.
