Penta-Ocean Construction Co., Ltd. is seeking a Planning Manager to lead scheduling and planning for large-scale civil/building projects.

You will develop programmes, analyze progress, and present strategic insights to directors and clients, driving alignment across disciplines and executive leadership. The role requires strong leadership, deep experience in project control, and proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in Civil/Building projects with managerial experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 is mandatory.
• Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Strong data analysis and executive decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update project programmes (Baseline, Working, Recovery).
• Lead progress updates and management reports.
• Maintain standards for project documentation and change logs.
• Conduct schedule analyses and provide strategic reports to management.
• Monitor progress tools like histograms and S-curves.
• Drive continuous improvement through historical data and lessons learned.
