Job summary

Our Client is seeking a senior Planning & Scheduling lead for large-scale construction projects in Singapore. The role focuses on developing integrated schedules with WBS, tracking critical paths, and providing visibility to milestones for internal teams and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years in planning, strong leadership experience, and deep proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, with solid EVM and delay analysis expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Mechanical Engineering, Building, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Min. 10 years of planning and scheduling experience in construction with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project with strong Earned Value Management and delay analysis techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and maintain fully integrated baseline schedules with WBS, logic sequencing and resource loading.
• Monitor project performance variance, track critical paths and implement corrective actions to mitigate schedule risks.
• Facilitate regular schedule review meetings with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to drive cross-functional alignment.
• Perform advanced project reporting including Earned Value Analysis, critical path diagnostics, and delay impact assessments.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for internal leadership, clients and subcontractors regarding timelines and milestones.
• Challenge logic assumptions, validate contractor schedules and maintain scheduling integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Execute ad-hoc planning duties, delay claims analyses and risk assessments as directed by project leadership.
