Job summary

Chye Joo Construction Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Project Planner to develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules from tender stage through project completion.

You will prepare baseline programmes using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, perform CPM analysis, track progress, and report to management while coordinating with project teams in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in civil engineering, construction management or related field.
• 2+ years of project planning experience in construction.
• Expertise in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of CPM and scheduling principles.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project teams on construction sequencing, resource planning and project progress.
• Assist in delay analysis, Extension of Time (EOT) submissions and schedule reporting.
• Support project planning, risk management, contract administration and resource allocation.
• Prepare regular progress reports and provide planning updates to management.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Director, Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.
