Job summary

TIONG SENG CIVIL ENGINEERING (PRIVATE) LIMITED is seeking a Senior Planner/Scheduler to develop and maintain detailed construction schedules, monitor progress, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects in Singapore. You will provide technical inputs, optimize methodologies, and mentor junior staff.

Role requires strong proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and BIM software, with 8–10 years of planning experience in main contractor environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8–10 years of planning/technical experience within Singapore’s construction industry with a main contractor.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and BIM software (Revit/Navisworks).
• Strong knowledge of BCA regulations, construction methodologies, and authority submission processes.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project aligned with project requirements.
• Monitor project progress to identify delays and recommend mitigation measures.
• Conduct critical path analysis and resource planning to optimize timelines and resources.
• Prepare and present progress reports to management and stakeholders.
• Review and analyze drawings to assess constructability and identify issues.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers and subcontractors to resolve technical discrepancies.
