Sport Singapore is seeking a strategic, analytically minded leader to drive planning, policy analysis, and programme integration across government and sport sectors in Singapore. You will orchestrate resources, oversee governance workstreams, and build partnerships with MOE, IHLs and community partners to advance high-performance outcomes.

The role emphasizes evidence-based proposals, clear theory of change, and strong facilitation across diverse stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in strategic planning, policy analysis, resourcing or programme integration.
• Experience in public sector planning, sport development or cross-agency coordination is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Translate priorities into clear plans, KPIs, investment choices and roadmaps.
• Lead budget and resource allocation discussions with business units and Finance, overseeing funding and governance workstreams.
• Oversee Senior Management Meeting platform, ensuring performance, risks and resource decisions are surfaced for timely decision-making.
• Provide policy direction and coordination on cross-cutting Whole-of-Government areas including NS policy, manpower work passes, athlete and NSA grants, and infrastructure development.
• Build and mobilise strategic relationships across internal and external stakeholders including MOE, IHLs and community partners to advance shared participation, pathway and high performance outcomes.
• Lead portfolio reviews and programme evaluation efforts, guiding business units in developing evidence-based proposals with a clear theory of change.
